This privacy policy covers internal tools developed by 3A Ventures LLC ("we", "us") for use with our own Amazon Seller and Amazon Advertising accounts, operating under the storefront name TrueOak.
Our internal tools connect to Amazon's Selling Partner API and Amazon Advertising API to retrieve data belonging to our own Amazon seller and advertising accounts, including order information, inventory levels, pricing, and advertising performance and spend data.
This data is used solely for internal business monitoring and reporting purposes by 3A Ventures LLC / TrueOak. It is not sold, shared, or made available to any third party.
Data retrieved through these tools is stored securely and is only accessible to authorized personnel within our organization.
